We walk every room before guests arrive
Your next guest opens the door to a house that matches your listing photos. Everything Clean is rated 5.0 from 28 Google reviews.
We clean the whole rental between guests
A vacation rental gets cleaned on a clock. One group checks out, and the next group expects the house to look like the photos they booked from. So we work in the same order every time. Beds get stripped first so the used linens are out of the way. Bathrooms and the kitchen come next, because those take the longest. Dusting goes top to bottom, and the floors go last so nothing falls on a clean floor.
The bathroom is where guests look hardest. We scrub the tub or shower, the toilet, the sink and the mirror. Then we pull hair out of every drain and off the shower floor. A single hair on a white towel is the kind of thing guests write about. In the kitchen, we clear out any food the last group left in the fridge. Counters and the stovetop get wiped down, and every dish goes back in its cabinet.
The last step is a walk through the house with your listing photos in mind. Pillows go back where the photos show them, and the chairs get pushed in at the table. We look under beds and in drawers for things guests left behind. If we find a stain or something broken, you hear about it before the next guest does. That walk is where most missed spots get caught.
- Beds made with the linens you leave out
- Bathrooms scrubbed, hair pulled from every drain
- Kitchen wiped down and the fridge cleared out
- Floors vacuumed and mopped in every room
- Anything broken or left behind reported to you
Guests leave a different mess than owners
People on a weekend trip do not use a house the way an owner does. They eat in the bedrooms and leave sticky rings on the tables. A group in town for a party can spill drinks on the couch and track mud across the entry. That is a week of mess packed into two or three days, and the next group arrives expecting none of it.
So some spots take slower work than a regular weekly clean. Sticky floors get scrubbed by hand, because a mop alone spreads the sugar around. Glitter and confetti work into rugs and couch seams, and they need a slow pass with a narrow vacuum nozzle. A spill on a fabric couch or chair gets treated before it sets, since upholstery cleaning is one of our services.
What goes wrong when a step gets skipped is easy to predict. A fridge nobody checked smells by the second day of the next stay. A sticky ring left on a wood table gets harder to lift every day it sits. Crumbs under the couch cushions bring ants in a warm month. Each of those becomes a message to the host, and sometimes a lower star rating on the listing.
Nashville humidity and pollen show up fast
Middle Tennessee summers are hot and damp, and a rental that sits closed between guests holds that moisture in. Bathrooms with a small fan or no window grow mildew along the grout and the caulk around the tub. It starts as gray dots in the corners. If it gets wiped over instead of scrubbed out, it comes back darker, and guests read it as dirt.
Spring brings a heavy pollen season around Nashville. For a few weeks, a yellow-green film covers porches and windowsills, and guests carry it inside on their shoes. It lands on every flat surface, and ceiling fan blades collect it fastest. We dust from the fans down to the baseboards so it does not fall on clean floors. Windows can be cleaned inside and out when the pollen has coated the glass.
Winter is milder, but it has its own mess. Wet days mean muddy shoes, and the entry floors and rugs take the worst of it. Cold snaps keep the heat running, and the vents blow dust across the furniture. A house that sat empty through a slow stretch can smell stale when the door opens. We run water in every sink and tub, because a drain left unused for weeks can let a sewer smell back in.
Older homes and new builds clean differently
Many houses around Nashville are older brick ranches or bungalows with original hardwood floors. Those floors have gaps between the boards that hold grit, and a soaking wet mop pushes water down into them. We vacuum first and use a damp mop, not a wet one. Old tile bathrooms in these houses have deep grout lines that need a brush, because a sponge rides right over them.
The newer tall, narrow houses going up across Nashville bring a different job. They have two or three floors of stairs, and dust collects on every step and railing. Many of them have big glass showers and shiny counters that show every streak. Those surfaces need a final pass with a dry cloth, or water spots show up before the next guest unpacks.
Before the first clean, we ask how many bedrooms and baths the house has and what the floors are made of. We also ask where you keep clean linens and supplies, and how you want the beds made. That first visit sets the checklist we follow on every stay after it. The goal is a house that looks the same for the tenth guest as it did for the first.

It's on your exact time needed and even better, at the exact location you prefer because no matter the service needed (car detailing, house/office cleaning, junk removal etc.) they can come to you and you can avoid the hassle of traffic after work. This is actually my second time using his detailing services, and I can honestly say the quality has been consistent both times. He detailed my car a few months ago and recently detailed my mom’s vehicles, and the results were amazing every time. He is professional, reliable, and pays close attention to detail.

No. We strip the used sheets and towels, then make the beds and hang fresh towels from the clean set you keep at the house. A second full set for each bed means one is always ready while the other is in the wash.
