What to tell us when you call
For a car, give us the make and model and mention anything that needs extra work, like pet hair or a stain on the seats. For a house, tell us how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has, and whether it is lived in or empty for a move. Either way, include the address, because that is where we do the work.

Most of them, yes, because shampoo and steam reach the dirt that has soaked into the fabric. A very old stain may fade without fully disappearing, and we will tell you if that is likely before we start.
A standard clean keeps a house in shape: counters, floors, bathrooms and the kitchen. A deep clean goes after buildup that a regular clean skips, like grease on cabinet fronts and dust packed along the baseboards. If the house has gone a while without a proper clean, start with a deep clean.
